It's a girl!!!

Today we finally found out the sex of our baby! At first the doctor was unsure because our baby's legs were crossed and then he said he was pretty sure it was girl. At this point I'm still a little skeptical-but I've come to except that he may be right. Anyway, I can't wait for all the great things that will come with this baby girl!! I couldn't be more happy. He said everything looked perfect; the size, the organs, everything.. I'm so happy for a healthy baby. Now on for the next challenge: NAMES! =D

I miss...

the date nights, the flowers, the time alone. I hope that's not being too selfish.. If it is, then just five more months of it and then my life changes forever.

Today

It's been a long day, but actually not too bad for me. Woke up early for Physics class this morning and then also had lab. Afterwards, I picked up Arby's and had lunch with Thou. Wrong idea..the lunch that is. Four hours later and I am still paying for it. I've been burping like crazy and for a second almost barfed in my mouth. This pregnancy has not been nice to be at all, but it's all worth it for my little one.

The Ultrasound is just one week and half away now. So exciting! During a conversation on Monday night, a friend of mine told me to look at this ancient Chinese Birth chart to predict what gender the baby will be. So far all roads lead to a baby boy including my snake dream Monday morning.. We'll see though!



Also we finally got a Christmas tree for the house. No one is as excited as me of course!

Pregnancy

Thou and I found out on September 23rd that he and I will be having a baby! It hasn't been an easy journey but everything that I've experienced has been totally worth it for my little peanut! This has been such a huge blessing for us!

Today I'm exactly 17 1/2 weeks, which would be my 2nd trimester. It's going by so fast.. No baby bump just yet, but it's forming- slowly but surely.

Our next ultrasound will be the 30th of this month and hopefully we'll know the gender! We haven't been too active in finding names for the baby yet but I've been jotting them down as they come. A few of them are:

Terri
Lylah
Ava
Delaney
Emma
Liv
Grace

Boys:
Preston
Cameron
Trent
Braylon
Topher

I've found, boy names are so much harder to decide on because there are just so many that are actually good sounding ones. We'll see though!

17 weeks:


The holidays are coming up so quickly too. There is just so much going on in my life right now. Thou and I are saving money in hopes to buy a house one day, I'm still attending school full-time and working full-time, the pregnancy, etc. It's such a rollercoaster ride! I'm so lucky to have Thou by my side. He's everything I could ever need. I couldn't ask for more.
